Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission, through Procurement and Contracting Services, is seeking competitive bids to establish purchase order contract(s) for hard-to-find maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment used to maintain the Denton State Supported Living Center campus. The goods will support replacement of worn or broken items in resident apartments and help maintain safe structures and homelike appearances. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed volume, usage, or compensation. The solicitation covers 18 categories of goods, including carport anchor kits, emergency ponchos, sound machines, wireless doorbells, edge protectors, basketball equipment, utility carts, solar-powered lighters, golf-cart enclosures, laboratory stools, faucet-mounted eyewash stations, LED panel lights, digital thermometers, ratchet straps, fuses, corner guards, and shelf liners. Equal products may be offered, but bidders must provide sufficient product literature for evaluation. Pricing must be submitted using the provided pricing sheet, and deliveries must comply with the campus labeling, appointment, packaging, and delivery requirements.
