Description
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking a qualified engineering firm to interconnect existing 16-inch water mains on both sides of Interstate 95 along SR 2252 Chicken Foot Road. The project is intended to provide a secondary water feed and improve system reliability for the Gray's Creek service area. The scope includes revising prior design work; surveying; NCDOT coordination; SUE Level B and Level A; easement mapping and staking; permitting support; final 100% design; bidding services; and limited construction engineering services, including site inspection and certifications, construction staking, as-built surveying, record drawings, and construction observation. Respondents must submit a qualifications statement addressing personnel, consultants and subcontractors, project experience, project approach, schedule, similar projects completed within the last five years, and references. The submittal is limited to 20 pages, excluding covers and certificates of insurance.
