Description
Syracuse Public Library is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids under a single prime contract for construction of a new approximately 15,000-square-foot, single-story library building. The work includes the concrete foundation and slab, structural steel, metal stud framing, wood trusses, doors, windows, interior finishes, casework, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Site improvements include earthwork, stormwater work, paving, concrete, landscaping, and irrigation. Bidders must submit the provided Bid Form, an executed nondiscrimination commitment included in the Supplementary Bid Form, and Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96. Bid security equal to five percent of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder must obtain the required insurance and bonds, and out-of-state contractors must provide proof of registration with the Indiana Secretary of State.
