Description
Syracuse Public Library is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids under a single prime contract for construction of a new approximately 15,000-square-foot, single-story library building. The scope includes the concrete foundation and slab, structural steel, metal stud framing, wood trusses, doors, windows, interior finishes, casework, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Sitework includes earthwork, stormwater work, paving, concrete, landscaping, and irrigation, along with other work identified in the contract documents. Bidders must be properly licensed for their trades, be able to obtain the required insurance and bonds, and submit a completed Bid Form, executed non-discrimination commitment, and Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96. Bid security equal to five percent of the bid amount is required.
