Description
The St. Joseph County Airport Authority is soliciting sealed proposals for the Gate 7 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacement project at South Bend International Airport. The scope generally includes removing the existing passenger boarding bridge and furnishing a new or refurbished passenger boarding bridge; offerors may propose a refurbished bridge, a new bridge, or both. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, completion date, past performance, and the offeror’s relevant experience. No pre-submittal meeting will be held. Written questions must be submitted by the stated deadline, and proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the proposal deadline.
