Description
The Saint Louis Zoo seeks one non-exclusive Vendor of Record to provide as-needed boiler services, including preventive maintenance, annual inspections, troubleshooting, corrective repairs, emergency service, replacement support, and related documentation. Work may involve boilers, burners, controls, fuel systems, valves, pumps, venting, flue components, and associated equipment across the Zoo's facilities. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, manufacturer-compliant service, combustion testing and analysis, replacement parts and materials, service reports, and 24/7 emergency response capability. The agreement does not guarantee any minimum quantity, frequency, compensation, or exclusivity. Work will be authorized through task orders, and major repairs or replacements require prior written authorization. Proposals must address relevant experience, personnel qualifications, service capabilities, operational responsiveness, references, certifications, and pricing using the provided Vendor of Record Pricing Form. The initial term is expected to run from November 1, 2026, or the date of last authorized signature, through October 31, 2028, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement.
