Description
Wake County Public School System is soliciting bids from authorized AERCO boiler vendors to furnish and deliver one AERCO BMK2000 ASME Benchmark Standard Condensing Hot Water Boiler and one AERCO BMK3000 ASME Benchmark Standard Condensing Hot Water Boiler. The equipment must meet the listed specifications, including stainless-steel fire-tube heat exchangers, natural-gas operation, ASME H stamping at 160 PSIG MAWP, factory-certified startup, boiler sequencing, BACnet/Modbus connectivity, condensate neutralization, and specified warranty periods. The solicitation is brand-specific and requires the bidder to be an authorized AERCO dealer or distributor. Delivery is FOB destination within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. The contract covers estimated replacement-equipment needs over a one-year term, with firm pricing against increases for one year from the effective date. Bidders must submit the signed solicitation response, pricing, requested product information, and any required descriptive literature or complete specifications through the electronic Vendor Portal.
