Description
Lancaster County Engineering is purchasing one new trailer for hauling equipment throughout the county. The requested trailer is a 32-foot by 102-inch hydraulic dovetail trailer with a 25,000-pound GVWR, based on the Diamond C FMAX 210 or an equivalent model. Required features include hydraulic jacks, a hydraulic dovetail, a bolted-on 16-inch locking chain rack with neck storage in a winch tray, a 7-watt solar charging system, and a spare tire with a black wheel. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive vendor whose bid substantially meets the specifications, with evaluation based on compliance, price, and delivery. Bids and supporting materials must be submitted through the City/County Ebid system.
