Description
The University of British Columbia is conducting a pre-qualification process for qualified and experienced suppliers to provide electric boilers for its Academic District Energy System Electric Boiler and Thermal Energy Storage Project at the Vancouver campus. The scope includes electric-boiler supply and associated engineering, delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support, including two 5 MW electric hot-water boilers, thermal energy storage, and related electrical infrastructure. This pre-qualification is not itself an offer to contract. Suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience and provide the required proposal information and supporting documentation. A subsequent quotation evaluation will award a contract to the lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory criteria, applicable terms and conditions, and specifications.
