Description
The Rush-Henrietta Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for Mechanical (HVAC) Work for their "2024 Capital Improvement Project Phase 2A". Bids must be submitted to the Parker Administration Building at 2034 Lehigh Station Road, Henrietta, New York, by 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Bids submitted elsewhere will not be considered received. Bid documents, including plans and specifications, can be obtained electronically from www.nyplanroom.com for a non-refundable fee of $59.00, payable by credit card. Printed sets are available for a refundable fee of $100.00, with refunds issued upon return of the sets in good condition to Dataflow, Inc. within seven business days of contract award. Contract documents can also be viewed at the Rochester Builders Exchange. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, at 2:30 PM at Leary Elementary School, 5509 E. Henrietta Rd, Rush, NY 14543. Site visits can be arranged with prior notification to Derek Brown, Director of Facilities (dbrown@rhnet.org). Requests for information (RFIs) must be submitted in writing to Connor Magiera (cmagiera@campuscmg.com). The District reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
