Description
The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) is soliciting proposals for consulting services to conduct the Rochester Public Market Access, Mobility, and Development Study. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the diverse transportation methods currently utilized at the Public Market and explore mixed-use development concepts for the market complex to enhance multimodal access. The GTC is seeking a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 2.90% for this procurement.
