Description
The Board of Education of the Holley Central School District in Orleans County, New York, is soliciting sealed proposals for Phase 1 of the 2026 Capital Improvement Project. This project includes four prime contracts: General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical. The work will be performed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural. Plans and specifications are available for prime contractors starting June 8, 2026, from Avalon Document Services. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Junior High School Auditorium, 16848 Lynch Road, Holley, NY 14470, followed by a site tour. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required. Bidders must adhere to New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
