Description
Genesee County is soliciting sealed bids for Bid #2026-09, which involves the replacement of the Attica Road Bridge over Tannery Brook. This project is located within Genesee County, and may also involve Orleans County, Wyoming County, and Livingston County in New York. Vendors interested in bidding must download specifications and proposal forms from the PlanetBids portal at https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/71274/portal-home. Registration is required prior to downloading documents. All questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to Jonathan Walczak, PE, via email at jwalczak@bartonandloguidice.com or by telephone at (585) 325-7190. The deadline for submitting questions is noon on July 2, 2026. Sealed bids must be received by the Genesee County Purchasing Department, located at County Building No.1, 15 Main Street, Room 317A, Batavia, New York 14020, no later than 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. A non-collusion statement is required with all bids. Genesee County reserves the right to waive formalities and reject any or all bids.
