Description
The City of Rochester intends to establish a contract for the purchase of ice melt products for use by various city departments. The contract will be for a term of one year, commencing on the date of award and ending on June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to three additional years. The estimated annual usage is approximately 3,000 bags, though this is not a guarantee. The successful bidder must agree to submit an SDS with each shipment and at any other time requested. Bidders must have a service facility and/or warehouse located within Monroe County. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is the lowest best value offer on the basis of Total Bid Price (Net Delivered Cost).
