The Shiawassee County Land Bank Authority is soliciting a general contractor for the Shaftsburg Stabilization project. The scope includes roof replacement, related abatement work identified in a separate report, architectural renderings usable for permitting, and obtaining the building permit required by the Shiawassee County Building Department. The addendum states that the grant-funded work is not subject to Davis-Bacon requirements.
