Description
Genesee County is soliciting bids for new, genuine Verkada products only, including physical-security hardware, software and cloud licensing, and manufacturer-approved accessories. The requested product categories include security cameras, access-control equipment, alarm systems, intercom systems, environmental sensors, guest and workplace-management products, connectivity products, security trailers, command connectors, and related mounting, power, credential, and replacement accessories. The cost bid form lists catalog pricing across Verkada's product lines and requests ten-year licensing for applicable products unless otherwise specified. The selected vendor will provide catalog pricing, product availability information, and manufacturer-supported ordering guidance. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis during a 12-month pricing term, with no guaranteed minimum quantities, order value, or total expenditure. Installation, cabling, configuration, programming, project management, training, and other labor services are expressly excluded. Substitutions, alternate manufacturers, refurbished, used, and gray-market products are not acceptable.
