Description
The Genesee County Land Bank Authority is soliciting sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors on its Bidder's List for environmental abatement and disposal of asbestos and hazardous materials, as well as demolition and disposal of commercial structures in Flint, Michigan. Bids will be publicly opened immediately after the submission deadline. Successful bidders must comply with applicable federal labor standards, which may include the Davis-Bacon Act, Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation, and federal equal opportunity requirements. Minority- and woman-owned business enterprises and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to respond. Bid documents are available under the issuing authority's “Current Bids” section, and envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number.
