Description
The City of King City is soliciting bids for the 2026 Street Improvements Project. This project involves the resurfacing of approximately 1,100 linear feet of residential roadways along SW Matador Lane and SW 123rd Avenue. The work includes cold plane pavement removal, placement of new asphalt concrete pavement, and pavement restriping and markings, along with sign installation. Additionally, the project includes the removal of an existing median on SW 131st Avenue to construct a new left-turn lane serving Deercreek Elementary School. The project also entails the installation of two ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps along SW Matador Lane. The expected duration for this project is 60 days.
