Alfred-Almond Central School District is soliciting sealed bids for their 2025 Capital Project. The project encompasses multiple prime contracts for various trades, including Lighting & Sound, General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work. Bidding documents are available for examination and download from various sources, including online portals and physical exchanges. Bidders are required to submit bids in triplicate by 2:00 PM local time on July 15, 2026, at the Alfred-Almond CSD District Office. All official notifications and addenda will be distributed through the designated web portal. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by July 7, 2026, to Steven Morse. Bidders must comply with New York State Labor Law requirements, including providing a Certificate of Registration. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Alfred Almond High School. Estimated construction budgets are provided for each trade: Lighting & Sound ($300,000), General Trades ($10,000,000), Mechanical ($1,375,000), Plumbing ($550,000), and Electrical ($700,000).
