Description
OMH de Montreal is soliciting an on-demand contract for the removal and installation of ceramic tile in occupied housing units and common areas within its northwest and southwest territories. The contract will be awarded to one contractor and will operate on an as-needed basis. The initial term is two years, with one optional one-year renewal. Bidders must have held a valid Régie du bâtiment du Québec license in category 4.2, covering non-structural masonry, marble, and ceramic work, for at least two years as of the bid-opening date.
