Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks an accredited laboratory to perform NPDES compliance analysis for oil and grease at the Chief Joseph Dam Project. The contractor must hold NELAP accreditation or current Washington State Department of Ecology Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program accreditation for the required analytes. Subcontracted laboratories must provide equivalent accreditation documentation with the quote. The contractor will analyze up to 540 samples during each base and option year using methods approved under 40 CFR Part 136 and within applicable holding times. The scope also includes supplying monthly sample bottle kits, preserved and labeled bottles, coolers, ice materials, temperature blanks when required, chain-of-custody forms, shipping materials, and replacement supplies; providing pickup and expedited two-day shipping; and submitting searchable PDF laboratory reports with Level II quality-control data within 10 business days of sample receipt. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
