Description
The City of Bellevue is soliciting a contractor to demolish and dispose of an approximately 572-square-foot residential pier at 1730 West Lake Sammamish Parkway SE. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing wooden decking, solid canopy moorage cover, and timber support pilings; demolition of the single-family home and associated structures is excluded. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, disposal, safety measures, site restoration, and permitting coordination necessary to complete the work. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, waterfront construction experience criteria, environmental and aquatic-resource protections, and specified work practices for piling removal. The estimated project amount is $150,000, and work must be completed by December 31, 2026.
