Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting a firm-fixed-price commercial service to refurbish an existing Eaton 9390 UPS. The work includes removing and disposing of internal components; installing new power modules, power supplies, control boards, interface boards, communications equipment, terminal blocks, and capacitors; replacing all batteries; providing and configuring an applicable 93PM PredictPulse Wireless Kit; and installing one remote emergency power-off switch. Work must comply with applicable electrical codes and standards and includes testing, commissioning by a certified Eaton technician, cleanup, and coordination with the Government point of contact. The contractor must provide testing documentation, electronic as-built drawings, and laminated UPS operating instructions. The solicitation requires a completed RFQ with all applicable representations and certifications, an OEM letter of authorization, and a CMMC Level 1 Self status for applicable information systems. Performance is scheduled for 90 calendar days from the lead-time event, identified as the date of award, with no option years.
