Description
Spokane County is soliciting a contractor for landscape and irrigation system operations and maintenance at five locations encompassing 22 stormwater facilities and landscaped areas. The work includes inspections and reporting; mowing and edging; weed control; pruning and maintenance of trees, shrubs, groundcover, perennials, and ornamental grasses; irrigation startup, monitoring, repairs, shutdown, and winterization; trash removal; fertilization; stormwater inlet and outlet clearing; hydroseeding and overseeding; mulch installation; and approved on-call services. Work includes dry-land and shallow-water mechanical weed control, with no aquatic herbicide application and no work in designated wetland areas.
