Description
The Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe is soliciting proposals from contractors to deliver one or more sub-components of its comprehensive SS4A Safety Action Plan. Contractors will join a coordinated Safety Action Plan Team, attend weekly meetings and Safety Task Force activities, collaborate with other contractors and the Planning Department, contribute to report drafting and review, and develop recommendations suitable for future grant applications. The five available components are: Safety Analysis, including crash and risk analysis and GIS deliverables; a Comprehensive Multimodal Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan; a Master Sign and Wayfinding Plan; an Illumination Safety Study and Plan; and Public Involvement and Safety Task Force services, including surveys, community engagement, meetings, and synthesis of feedback. Each component has a stated budget of $25,500, with a total project budget of $127,500. Required proposals are limited to five pages, excluding writing samples and client references, and must include an executive summary, methodology, team qualifications, detailed budget, two relevant writing samples, and two client references.
