Description
Ysleta Independent School District is seeking multiple vendors to provide event-related supplies, equipment, and services, including event decor, audiovisual production, lighting, sound, photography, videography, DJ services, and rentals of inflatables, games, simulators, generators, tables, chairs, tents, and other equipment. Vendors may be required to provide operators for large equipment rentals and must submit a catalog or price list or a website with pricing. Amusement-ride and inflatable vendors must maintain applicable Texas Department of Insurance inspection, licensing, and insurance requirements. The district will make incremental, multiple-vendor awards during the extended response period. The contract term is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2028, with possible automatic extension at the district's discretion. Pricing, setup and teardown rates, hourly staffing rates, delivery timing, and catalog or website pricing are requested through the electronic bid system.
