NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the following services will be received by the Purchasing Agent of Southampton UFSD, at the Administration Building, located at 300 Hampton Road, Southampton, New York no later than 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud: Library Supplies, Furnishings & Equipment Bid No. SPS27-001 Hardware Supplies & Related Materials Bid No. SPS27-002 Specifications may be examined and obtained at the District Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. They are also available by emailing echabla@southamptonschools.org for a copy. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package, in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder, and the bid name marked clearly on the outside of the envelope. Description
Southampton Union Free School District is soliciting bids from multiple vendors to establish catalog or website discount rates for library supplies, audiovisual supplies and equipment, promotional products, organization and archival supplies, book maintenance and repair tape, school equipment, library furniture, exhibit/display cases, and shelving. Bidders must identify applicable catalog pages, exclusions, delivery charges, and any purchase restrictions on the Bid Proposal Form. The district guarantees no minimum or maximum purchases, and delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of a purchase order. Prices are firm from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The bid package requires the completed bid document, including the Bid Proposal Form and Vendor Information, an Affidavit of Non-Collusion, the bid certification, and the Iranian Energy Divestment Certification. Required certifications must be signed as specified, and the non-collusion and Iranian Energy Divestment certifications require notarization.
