Description
Lewisville Independent School District is soliciting supplemental proposals and pricing for food, drinks, snacks, groceries, catering, and meal services supporting meetings, staff development, instructional activities, athletic events, and student and holiday functions. Services may include delivery, pickup, and in-restaurant dining. The District may award by line item, section, or package to one or multiple vendors based on best value. Respondents must provide pricing, a current menu, catalog or price list, delivery information, and required vendor responses. Required supporting materials include Form 1295, a W-9, the last two health inspection reports, a local health department permit, a food handling certificate, a Vendor Insurance Acknowledgment, a Public Records Agreement, and a pre-service affidavit when personnel will come onto District property. A certificate of insurance is required for catering, setup, or food service on District property. The proposal term is stated as December 2026 through September 2029, while the bid attributes state that responses run from award through December 2029.
