Description
Spring Independent School District is soliciting competitive proposals to establish a list of restaurant and catering vendors for as-needed food and catering services. Awarded vendors may provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, and other menu offerings through brick-and-mortar restaurants or food trucks. Services may include delivery to district campuses, departments, and other locations, pickup orders, large-volume orders, and catering-event support. Vendors must provide freshly prepared food in sealed, leak-resistant food-quality containers, use NSF-approved insulated transport containers, comply with Texas food-safety requirements, and not offer alcoholic beverages. The contract has an initial one-year term from November 11, 2026, through November 10, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms or a month-to-month extension until rebidding. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum or maximum volume; the estimated value is greater than $100,000 annually. Respondents must complete the online solicitation attributes and submit a W-9, Food Service Manager's Certificate, applicable food-delivery certifications and permits, and a menu example. Three references for similar services performed within the past three years are requested, and awarded contractors must provide specified insurance before work begins.
