Description
The U.S. Consulate General Lagos requires a qualified, security-screenable commercial catering company to provide complete, as-needed catering services for official government functions and events. The contractor must furnish management, labor, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, equipment, transportation, delivery, setup, presentation, serving, replenishment, and cleanup. The requirement covers events ranging from approximately 10 to 1,000 attendees and may include buffet, plated, boxed, reception, cocktail-style, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshment services. The contractor must meet food-safety, sanitation, dietary-accommodation, quality-control, staffing, logistics, and security/access requirements; demonstrate capacity for high-volume events; provide relevant qualifications and at least three recent references; and submit a technical approach, sample menus and pricing, capacity evidence, food-safety program summary, company qualifications and past performance, security/access information, and completed pricing materials or other required forms.
