Description
Ports of Indiana is seeking qualifications for a consultant or contractor to design, develop, construct, and/or transfer improvements related to an intermodal transload yard at its Mount Vernon facility. The project will be delivered under a Build-Operate-Transfer contract, and the selected consultant will be the proposer that best meets the required qualifications. The revised proposal deadline is October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Proposal documents may be requested by emailing bids@portsofindiana.com with the project name, and proposals must be submitted electronically to the same address.
