SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority is soliciting sealed bids for construction of Contract 2026-01, replacing one North Shore Railroad grade crossing at the intersection of SR 0054 (Continental Boulevard). The work includes removing the existing crossing, installing a heavy-duty tub-style grade-crossing surface, constructing standard ballasted track, resurfacing the approach track, and completing roadway approach work. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for bidders. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond of at least 10% of the bid total, and prevailing-wage requirements apply. Bid documents are available from Stiffler McGraw & Associates, Inc.; questions must be submitted in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
