Description
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Curve-Worn Rail Renewal Project. The work is to be performed in accordance with the contract documents, which are available through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System (ePS). Bids must be submitted electronically through ePS; mailed or hand-delivered bids will be rejected. Questions must be submitted in writing by October 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM EST to be guaranteed an answer. The bid will be publicly opened electronically through Microsoft Teams on October 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST; attendance is not mandatory. The solicitation is subject to the Pennsylvania Steel Products Act, Buy America Act, applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, disadvantaged business enterprise nondiscrimination provisions, and Executive Order 12549 certification requirements.
