A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 1:00 PM Chicago time. All individuals must register for the Pre-Proposal Meeting at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/NniDPky9StmsHCwV8hDH-g A site visit will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, CT. Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and Affirmative Action requirements of the Federal Transit Administration and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Contractor will be required to certify that their firm is not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. Description
The Chicago Transit Authority is soliciting proposals for construction services for the Red Line Extension project's 120th Yard, Shop, and Substation. The solicitation includes project requirements, special conditions, construction specifications, design drawings for the yard and shop, substation documents, technical links, geotechnical information, commissioning materials, environmental data, and safety and construction management templates. Proposers must submit a cover letter, technical proposal, responsibility proposal, applicable DBE Schedules B, C, and D, the Price Proposal, the Bidders List, and the specified Part 3 attachments. Required electronic formats include PDF for the narrative and pricing materials and Excel for the Bidders List.
