Exo is seeking professional services to prepare detailed plans and specifications for the complete reconstruction of seven capture slabs, a multi-track level crossing, and the railway tracks east of the slabs at its Vaudreuil garage. The documents must be sufficiently detailed to support a subsequent construction contract. The selected contractor will also provide support during the tendering and construction phases and supervise the work. The project is intended to upgrade existing transportation infrastructure and equipment, reduce maintenance effort and investment, improve railway safety, implement the asset-maintenance plan, and address accessibility requirements. The estimated contract period is 36 months.
