Description
The College of DuPage is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a comprehensive marketing automation platform to enhance student recruitment, engagement, and communication. The current systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Modern Campus Message (MCM), will be replaced by a unified platform. The college is seeking a solution that can manage email and SMS communications, integrate with their Ellucian student information and CRM systems via file-based data exchange (CSV/Excel/SFTP), and provide centralized lead management with CRM-lite access for academic program chairs. The new platform should support approximately 75 users and handle a significant volume of annual communications, including over 1.8 million emails and 850,000 text messages. Key functionalities include automated data exchange with Ellucian systems, student success communications, and a consolidated platform within the existing annual budget of approximately $181,000. The college emphasizes the need for a user-friendly system that can be managed by a small marketing team without dedicated technical staff.
