Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is soliciting proposals for the Garrison Consolidation project at Building 104 on the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Illinois. This project involves the repair and renovation of approximately 13,290 square feet of the building's first floor and partial basement. The scope includes demolition, minor abatement, disposal, and construction of new walls, doors, flooring, ceilings, and lighting. Additionally, casework for break rooms and a nursing room, window coverings, TV monitors, fire extinguishers, a storage depository safe, painting, and historical stairwell repairs are included. HVAC and plumbing systems will be revised to accommodate the new configuration, and electrical, data, command, and access control systems will be extended. The project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and requires a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a completion timeframe of 120 working days after notice to proceed. A site visit is scheduled for June 30, 2026, and proposals are due by July 15, 2026.
