Description
The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP), on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to secure a qualified and experienced media buying agency. The agency will be responsible for strategic planning, purchasing, and placement of digital advertising across various platforms to enhance public engagement, increase revenue from licenses and park reservations, elevate brand awareness for the agency's programs (including the Mississippi Natural Science Museum), and maximize marketing budget ROI. The selected agency will develop comprehensive digital media plans, execute media buys, monitor campaign performance against KPIs, and provide reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities include strategic media planning for hunting and fishing licenses, state park reservations, museum tickets, and overall brand awareness. The contract term is anticipated to be thirty-six (36) months, with an annual media spend of $200,000, totaling $600,000 over the contract period. The agency must demonstrate at least ten (10) years of experience in media buying and digital advertising, provide at least three relevant client references, and identify key personnel. Evaluation will be based on written submissions and live demonstrations, with cost being a significant factor.
