Description
The City of Highland Park is soliciting bids for the Briergate Crossing - Richfield Avenue Improvements project. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for pavement removal, curb and gutter removal, earth excavation, water main and storm sewer installation, hot-mix asphalt pavement, brick and Portland cement concrete driveways, combination concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and light pole installation. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026. Digital plan documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $65 via QuestCDN project #10253602. Bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. No paper bids will be accepted. Bid security is required as stated in the "Bid Security" section. Bidders must provide a Certificate of Eligibility from the Illinois Department of Transportation. The successful bidder will be required to furnish certificates and policies of insurance and comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Certified Monthly Payroll Reports are required.
