Description
The 136th Mission Support Contracting Office is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing billboard marketing services for the Texas Air National Guard (TXANG) Recruiting Team. The goal is to effectively advertise in major markets to achieve an optimal return on investment for recruiting efforts. Advertisements will be static (non-digital) and may include various sizes such as billboards, bulletins, and posters. TXANG will provide all image designs, with the understanding that TXANG will approve any required edits for proper display. The principal place of performance includes billboards within an 8-mile radius of the following major Texas markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston, San Antonio, and Killeen. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond, with the applicable NAICS code being 541850 (Small Business Size Standard of $34.5 million). The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract type for future solicitations.
