Description
The Naval Services Training Command (NSTC) requires CPR, AED, and Emergency O2 training services. This training is essential for administering oxygen and using a defibrillator, which are critical lifesaving procedures. The training will be conducted at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel & Conference Center by IHG, located at 5440 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018, US. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, including CPR training kits with adult manikins and AED trainers, manikin face shields, disinfecting wipes, oxygen canisters with regulators and tubing, non-rebreather masks, nasal cannulas, resuscitation masks, BVM resuscitators, pulse oximeters, disposable resuscitators, and other miscellaneous training materials. Classes are anticipated to have 88 students, with a maximum of 100, and student-to-instructor ratios must not exceed 12:1. Vendors must possess current provider certification and completed instructor training courses from nationally recognized organizations such as the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. The estimated period of performance includes Summer 2026 (July 6 - September 30), Winter 2026 (October 1 - January 31), and Spring/Summer 2027 (March 1 - September 30). The government will coordinate exact dates with the contractor 30-60 days prior to service needs.
