Description
The Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) is soliciting bids for concrete work to install mounting pads in Building 208. This project requires the construction of new concrete mounting pads with specific structural and finishing requirements, including a minimum 5000-PSI concrete strength and rebar reinforcement. The work also involves demolition of existing structures, repair of damaged concrete, and ensuring a consistent surface appearance. The contractor will be responsible for dust control, debris removal, and coordinating site access. Safety regulations and personal protective equipment are mandatory for all personnel on site.
