Description
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, on behalf of the Governor's Office, is issuing a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) for public relations firm services. The selected firm will provide professional public relations consulting under a contract governed by Administrative Rule R33-105 for small purchases of professional service providers and consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000. Pricing should not be included in the qualification submission.
