Commercial Washing Machines and Dryers

The Canadian Department of National Defence is soliciting offers for the supply and delivery of 30 commercial washing machines and 30 commercial dryers for Garrison Petawawa Base Accommodations. The washing machines must be freestanding, non-coin-operated, top-loading, electric units with specified dimensional, capacity, stainless-steel tub, 120-volt, commercial-drive, soft-mount, cycle, temperature, hose, and CSA/UL certification requirements. The dryers must be freestanding, non-coin-operated, front-loading, electric units with specified dimensional, minimum capacity, 240-volt, and CSA/UL certification requirements. Bidders must provide supporting technical documentation, such as equipment screenshots, user manuals, technical or sales brochures, reports, or certifications, demonstrating compliance with all mandatory criteria. Pricing must include delivery, Canadian customs duties, and excise taxes, with applicable taxes shown separately. The lowest evaluated-price offer meeting all mandatory technical requirements will be recommended for contract award. The awarded contractor must also provide operating, maintenance, and installation manuals and give 72 hours' notice before delivery.
