Description
Sweetwater County School District No. 2 is soliciting design-bid-build contractor services for the Lincoln Middle School Air Handling Replacement and Chiller Addition. The scope is based on separate design documents and includes furnishing and installing the specified work, with products delivered FOB destination to the project site. Proposals must include the completed Proposal Form, applicable 10% proposal security for proposals exceeding $7,499, a project manager resume, references and experience information, proposed subcontractor and supplier information, and required residency documentation. The successful contractor must achieve substantial completion by August 18, 2027. Performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract sum, are required if the proposal exceeds $7,499 and are due before contract issuance; these are post-award requirements. Wyoming contractor, labor, material, apprenticeship, tax, insurance, and subcontracting requirements apply.
