Description
Sweetwater County School District #2 is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, hauling, disposal, and incidental work required to install a complete, operational greenhouse at Expedition Academy and perform associated concrete construction. The scope includes site excavation, grading, compaction, removal and disposal of excess material, concrete foundations, slabs, pads, walks, curbs, reinforcement, expansion joints, finishing, drainage, and restoration of disturbed areas. The greenhouse work includes structural components, anchoring, doors, glazing or covering, ventilation, and identified electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and drainage connections, along with manufacturer installation instructions, warranties, and closeout information. Work must start in October 2026 and be completed by May 2027. Proposers must submit separate greenhouse, concrete, other/alternative, and total proposal amounts using the provided Form of Proposal, along with required insurance documentation and proposal security.
