Description
Western Wyoming Community College is soliciting proposals from a qualified audiovisual integrator for a complete medical simulation audiovisual system serving four high-fidelity simulation rooms, two control rooms, a shared Pyxis observation area, and two presentation/debriefing rooms. The scope includes PTZ and fixed cameras, ceiling microphones and loudspeakers, push-to-talk talkback, headphones, signal transport, enterprise-class control and switching, audio DSP, amplification, racks, UPS protection, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and documentation. The system must support simultaneous multiview operation, room-specific audio routing, remote observation, and future serviceability; dedicated recording servers and simulation-capture platforms are excluded. The scope also includes audiovisual systems for a phlebotomy classroom and two approximately 2,100-square-foot instructional labs. The phlebotomy classroom requires a ceiling-mounted laser projector and retractable screen, instructor lectern, HDMI and USB-C connectivity, wireless lavalier microphone, loudspeakers, amplification, DSP, and simple control. Each instructional lab requires a mobile flat-panel display system with a heavy-duty stand, integrated cable management, owner-furnished computer support, and compact audio. Proposals must provide room-by-room equipment and cost breakouts, system-wide costs, functional narratives, acceptance testing, assumptions, exclusions, alternates, owner-furnished infrastructure, lead-time risks, warranty terms, and recurring licensing or support costs. The selected consultant will enter into a professional services agreement and must carry at least $1,000,000 in professional liability insurance.
