Description
Western Wyoming College is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide contracted information technology services in three categories: strategic Chief Information Officer services, cybersecurity services, and 24/7 supplemental IT help desk support. Vendors may propose on one, two, or all three categories. CIO services include technology strategy, governance, infrastructure assessment, project oversight, procurement and vendor-management support, budgeting, risk management, and executive consultation. Cybersecurity services include monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, audits, incident-response planning, security operations center services, policy development, awareness training, cloud-security support, disaster recovery, and compliance assistance. Help desk services include around-the-clock phone, email, chat, or web support; ticket management; first-level troubleshooting; escalation; remote support; and service-level reporting. Proposals must address qualifications, relevant higher-education experience, key personnel, technical approach, discovery and assessment, service-level commitments, implementation, references, pricing, and exceptions. The solicitation requires at least three references from organizations of similar size and complexity, professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000, and a certificate naming the College as an additional insured. The anticipated initial contract term is three years, with renewal options by mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
