The USDA Forest Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for Northstar batteries, trays, and related accessories for Ashley National Forest. The bill of materials specifies eight Northstar NSB155FTRED 12-volt, 155 Ah lead-acid batteries; four NewMar 405-4360-1 19-inch rack battery trays with a 400-pound capacity; three DuraComm LVD-12-RM 12-volt low-voltage disconnects; and five NewMar PM-12-80 13.6-volt/80-amp power modules. Brand-name-or-equal products may be offered if they meet the stated salient characteristics and are supported by descriptive literature. The contractor must provide pricing for all items. The contract duration may not exceed 90 days, and the Government intends to make one award. The solicitation also includes federal supply-chain, country-of-origin, product-integrity, and delivery requirements, including tamper-evident packaging and chain-of-custody documentation. The quotation must include the completed bill-of-materials attachment; the solicitation additionally requires a Supply Chain Risk Management Plan with the proposal. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside.
