Description
Apollon Group LLC is seeking a qualified subcontractor for demolition, masonry replacement, and scaffolding work in three stairwells at M485 LaGuardia High School. The scope covers approximately 21,000 square feet, including demolition of existing masonry walls and replacement with new glazed cement blocks. The subcontractor must provide its own scaffolding; the general contractor will provide the masonry blocks. The subcontractor must be a PLA/union contractor and provide SCA masonry labor. Drawings and specifications are available by contacting the general contractor. The listed contract term is Fall 2026 through Summer 2027.
